The amazing wizarding world of Harry Potterofficially ended with Deathly Hallows Part 2. The notion of a prequel with Fantastic Beastssounded good in theory. But, its rote characters, bleak tone, and extremely slow pace made its first outing less than thrilling, void of any magic or fun that the original Harry Potterrun had. Its sequel was even worse with an even darker tone and a much slower pace than its predecessor. This third film titled The Secrets of Dumbledoreis a small step in the right direction, but the replacement of Depp by Mads Mikkelsen and its continued sloth pacing prevent any high-value entertainment from happening. Instead, this 2.5-hour movie only serves to wink at the muggles in the audience with its tiny bits of fan service from the original films and does nothing to really further the story. Erkstag Jailbreak (HD, 5 Mins.) - The big escape scene in the movie is talked about and shown by the cast and crew. The Dumbledore Family Tree (HD, 9 Mins.) - All of the relatives and family of Albus Dumbledore are covered here. Obviously, I won’t say how things turn out, but whereas the trailer makes a big thing about Mads wanting to wipe out the Muggles, this speech doesn’t come into play until the third act. They should’ve brought that up early on, and spent the film dealing with that. Then, it would’ve had the entire film to play out, but from what I gathered, this isn’t going to be part of the next film, so it was just a wasted opportunity. I’d heard this film brought up subplots which go nowhere, but that’s definitely a major one of them! The third movie in the franchise delves further into Dumbledore’s life. Set during the Second World War, the characters head to China, German, and Bhutan to deal with the growing threat of Gellert Grindelwald. Even the daytime scenes look poorly lit, as if it’s overcast the whole time. But as well as having to try and retool the franchise and scripts a bit, everything was delayed by the Chinese Communist Government releasing a virus to try and quell the riots going on in cities like Hong Kong at the time, in late 2019. And then it got out of control as we all experienced. Synopsis: Professor Albus Dumbledore (Law) knows the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Mikkelsen) is moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts Magizoologist Newt Scamander (Redmayne) to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and one brave Muggle baker on a dangerous mission, where they encounter old and new beasts and clash with Grindelwald's growing legion of followers. We don’t have an exact release date for The Secrets of Dumbledore on DVD and Blu-ray just yet. That means we need to look at other movies from the same production studio. This is a Warner Bros. movie, so we’re looking at The Matrix Resurrections and The Batman as both have been among the biggest releases in recent months. But before long, I knew I’d be looking up the plot on Wikipedia to fill in some gaps, because it wasn’t at all obvious what was going on for a lot of the time, and there was the customary mumbling as it went. Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is finally available to watch in theaters. When will the third Fantastic Beasts movie come to DVD and Blu-ray?

Magical or Muggle (HD, 5 Mins.) - A fun little came with the cast and crew who decide who is a muggle or a wizard. In addition, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is ridiculously plot-heavy (like the last one), yet there’s very little in the way of actual magic. There’s also precious little humour in the film, making this – at 2 hours and 22 minutes, the longest of the Fantastic Beasts films – quite a chore to sit through, especially when it’s such a meandering mess.
